How to Create an Organization and Begin Taking Orders:

Step 1: Create an ORGANIZATION

If you already created an ORGANIZATION, go to Step 2. If you have not previously created an ORGANIZATION, click here to CREATE AN ORGANIZATION

Step 2: Create CATEGORIES of ITEMS to Sell in the Snack Bar

Items to be sold in the snack bar are grouped together in CATEGORIES. The CATEGORIES and ITEMS associated to those CATEGORIES will be displayed on the menu page based on the Display Order. Click here to MANAGE CATEGORIES

Step 3: Add ITEMS to Sell in the Snack Bar

For each CATEGORY created in Step 2, add ITEMS and associated prices to display on the menu. The Display Order determines the order in which the ITEM will be listed in the CATEGORY. Click here to MANAGE ITEMS

Step 4: Create EVENTS Associated to When the Snack Bar Will Be Open for Business

Customers will go to SNACK BAR GENIUS to search for your snack bar. In order for your menu to appear, there must be a defined EVENT so that customers can select your menu and place orders. Click here to MANAGE EVENTS. An EVENT will only display in the search results if it is the same day as your EVENT. You can define a whole season of EVENTS, but only the EVENTS defined for the current day will display.

Step 5: Process ORDERS Submitted from the SNACK BAR GENIUS

Customers will go to SNACK BAR GENIUS to search for your snack bar and place orders. To review and process the ORDERS submitted, click here to MANAGE ORDERS. An ORDER can be 'Cancell'ed, 'Process'ed (which will reduce the inventory for the associated items), or 'Process & Notify' (which will reduce the inventory for the associated items AND will send a text message to the customer that their order is ready).
